Technology Service and Solutions (TSS) is the County of Santa Clara’s primary Information Technology solutions provider with a workforce of approximately 900. Partnering with other County departments and local government customers, TSS develops innovative, cost-effective technology solutions that aim to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Santa Clara County. TSS is where creativity thrives.

Transforming County services through the implementation of innovative solutions
TSS manages a large customer portfolio and works with our business partners to ensure County residents can access the services they need. We implement technology solutions that transform the way the County and community do business and invest to enable continued growth of our existing solutions. TSS submits project accomplishments to the Finance and Government Operations Committee (FGOC) bi-annually, and our report includes descriptions of completed projects and benefits.
Building a sense of community
TSS employees take the time to connect with each other. We plan in-person holiday potlucks, summer barbeques, as well as online events like the TSS Talent Show, GeekFest Maker Faire, Pet Halloween Costume Contest and Holiday Home Decoration Contest. Employees also stay connected via our monthly newsletter and quarterly All Staff Meetings.
